if you’ve used cleansing baths daily and soaps you can do a 3 day bitter bath
on the first day of using this bath it should be use in a tub to soak off, take some of that water you bathe with to a cross road in a small water bottle
as you pray as the ancestors to pull apart and wipe away all thing unknown unforeseen and vibrating with low energy
